9. Guava Juice
Guavas are one of the best sources of vitamin C, containing more than double that found in kiwi fruits! As we saw when looking at kiwi juice, vitamin C may not have a known direct role in hair growth, but it does act as an antioxidant and supports the immune system, potentially helping to protect the hair follicles. Guavas, like papaya, are said to be particularly rich in the antioxidant carotenoids lycopene, lutein and cryptoxanthin which may also have a protective effect.
